Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a customer service representative or dispatcher
- Follow our tobacco policy
- Background Check Required
- Drug Free Workplace
- Reliable Transportation
- Cell Phone w/internet connection
- Fast typer (At least 50 WPM)
Responsibilities
- Schedule calls on the calendar for technicians and installers
- Make updates, reschedule calls, and keep customer informed
- Submit pending installs to permit department
- Proactively review calls and check for accuracy
- Review jobs that are finished to ensure invoices are correct
- Ensure payments have been made and have been posted
- Add additional job info and ensure accuracy of call
- Maintain revenue goal board and 3 day callboard
- Call and schedule maintenance plan members
- Attend trainings and meet company guidelines and KPI's
- Answers any customer questions and concerns
- Debrief with technicians on ETA, Job Status, and complete full debrief checklist
