What Will I Do?
As an Entry Level Sales/Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of Climate Experts at our partner Home Depot stores. Your responsibilities include:
- Engaging customers to discuss our products and services
- Explaining the benefits of our offerings and gathering customer needs
- Scheduling appointments for our Sales Consultants to provide estimates
- Building relationships with store leadership
- Generating leads and helping expand our customer base
- Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services
- Walk throughout the stores, engaging customer's in conversations about their home service needs
- Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs.
- The more leads you generate, the more money you make!
- Help set leads on site for maintenance, service, and installation.
- Ask for referrals to expand our customer base.

Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
- Willingness to work weekends and some holidays
- While retail experience is preferred, it's not required
- Ability to stand/walk or sit for 4-8 hours at a time
- Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and the ability to use a smartphone
- No prior HVAC or Water Treatment experience required
- Compliance with our tobacco policy and the ability to pass a background check
- Meeting the minimum lead requirements of 20 booked leads per week and attending weekly training sessions
